Mike McNutt

Mike attended Southwestern Oklahoma St. University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. He has a total of 30 years working in the healthcare field ranging from home health, hospice, clinic management, human resources, and physician relations. Mike also has spent over 20 of those years in hospital Operations/Administration.

The majority of his professional career has been in west Texas for both large health systems and small rural hospitals. He believes healthcare is a calling to serve others and there is no better setting than in a rural hospital where you get to build relationships within the organization but also the communities they serve.

He came to Lamb Healthcare Center in October of 2023 and has worked diligently to build those relationships within the communities of Lamb County. He strives to keep Lamb Healthcare Center a reliable source for all those who need care.

Mike has the support of his loving wife Le’Ann who is a Dental Hygienist. Together they have two sons Peyton and Preston. Peyton played college football in Oklahoma and is currently working on his Masters degree. Preston is a freshman in college and an aspiring body builder. Mike’s faith and family are his everything. When Mike is not working, he is spending time with family and practicing being a grill master. He is a huge sports fan and enjoys playing golf.
